Buildout projects are usually one to four weeks and are some of the least disruptive work we do. Most of the millwork is built in our shop or on site in a contained area, then installed, caulked, and painted in place.

It's often the best value improvement you can make. Trim and built-ins change how a house feels more than almost anything else per dollar, and they show well when you sell.
Do you build custom or use stock cabinetry for built-ins?
Both, depending on the design and budget. We'll recommend what makes sense and tell you the difference.
Can you match existing trim?
Usually, yes. When we can't match a profile exactly, we'll suggest a plan so the change looks intentional.
Do you paint?
Yes. Millwork gets filled, caulked, primed, and painted as part of the job.
